"I was regretting the past and fearing the future. Suddenly GOD was speaking:"My name is I am." I waited and God continued:"When you live in the past, with its mistakes and regrets, it is hard. I am not there. My name is not I was. When you live in the future, with its problems and fears, it is hard. I am not there. My name is not I will be. When you live in this moment, it is not hard. I am here. My name is I AM."

Wednesday Night Church
I think that through months of strugling to find a new home church, my family and I have finally found one!:~) Though tonights service wasn't all that my mom and I had expected it to be(like a normal Wednesday service) it was more along the lines of a members calendar review. But on the bright side, I now have some new friends!

Snow
One of the most well liked forms of H2O. Its white, puffy-ness is SO amazingly beautiful to look at and admire! Today-January 10, 2011-was the first time it has actually snowed since my family and I came back to the States from Belgium! Ah, the lovely snow!!!

The IRS
Most people don't like taxes, or what they are all about. Nor how the presidents that we elect ''promise to change them'', but, if you look at the birth of Jesus, the IRS really was an important part of fulfilling prophecy.
So basically, thank God for the IRS, otherwise, we wouldn't have eternal life!

C.H. Spurgeon
I ran across a new blog~http://nocondemnation81.blogspot.com/~ and found this remarkable and insiteful quote:
“I believe the doctrine of election, because I am quite certain that, if God had not chosen me, I should never have chosen Him; and I am sure He chose me before I was born, or else He never would have chosen me afterwards; and He must have elected me for reasons unknown to me, for I never could find any reason in myself why He should have looked upon me with special love.”*

16 Soon Enough
I am very thankful that the Lord gives strength to those who need it. This year is the year when I will be able to start driving, dating, and have more responsibility. But, along with all that comes the trials that I know I will have to face, and that I know I will be able to conquer with the help of God.
Psalm 18:32
"It is God that girdeth me with strength, and maketh my way perfect."
I know because of Him that I will not fail in my new adventures of becoming 16.
